Findmyink Refund and Return Policy
At Findmyink, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your printer or accessories, we are here to help.
Returns:
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
- Please provide proof of purchase or order confirmation when initiating a return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Consumables such as ink cartridges, toner, and paper are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or altered are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of receiving your product to initiate a return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the product back.
- Pack the item securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product unless the return is due to a Findmyink error or defective product.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
- Partial refunds may be granted if the product is not returned in its original condition.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at sales@findmyink.com with photos and order details.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
